Asia Link Residency
From mid August to November I will be participating in a residency hosted by in Tokyo, Japan and supported by .
In my 3 month residency I will be conducting creative research into the unique space that exists in Japan between people and machines, investigating its complex origins. Pondering: “Do machines have kami?”. I am interested in exploring the historic Shinto understanding of animism; the belief that all things have a spirit.
